Seif Ismail

Seif is a both a coach and professional triathlete brining deep understanding of multisport training and racing to his athletes.

After competing in swimming and pentathlon for many years, Seif's triathlon career began in 2018, when he became the African Youth Games Champion.  Since then, he has been the Arab Champion, a second place finisher at the U23 African Championship and represented Egypt at the U23 World Championships in Abu Dhabi. 

Seif continues compete internationally while coaching both multisport and run specific athletes.

Seif is fluent in both English and Arabic.
