TRX Runners Rows

Anchor the TRX and put the handles in their high position. Face the anchor point and hold the handles. Step your feet under the anchor point to where you are comfortable. The farther under the anchor point your feet are, the more difficult the row will be. From there, face your palms in toward each other and have your body in a straight line from ankles to upper back. Start movement with straight arms, engage the upper back and pull your body up toward the anchor point with your elbows in. Pause at the top and then release slowly and with control.
