Earlier this summer, the Podium Coaching Group Foundation (PCG Foundation) was awarded a grant from the USA Triathlon Foundation and the Together We Thrive Team in the amount of $2250. The grant was awarded as a way to support our efforts towards “inspiring pathways to access and inclusion at Youth and Junior Nationals.”

PCG Foundation also received a $1000 donation from PEAK, an organization in Utah whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with special needs by facilitating recreational, educational, and employment opportunities. “PEAK is passionate about changing lives through extraordinary experiences! We support PCG Foundation as they provide adaptive recreation to our family members, empowering them to be independent” said a PEAK representative.

As a result of these generous donations, Podium Racing coach Shannon Clawson and her amazing team were able to escort a group of adaptive/neurodiverse athletes to Youth and Junior Nationals in Des Moines, Iowa in July. We are proud to support these athletes, our passionate coaches and community organizations who recognize the work the PCG Foundation does to provide equal access and inclusion for all athletes.
