Podium Racing’s Chris Hammer Wins Gold!

Podium Racing's Coach and Head Sports Psychologist, Chris Hammer, achieved Paralympic gold in Paris, securing his first PTS5 Olympic victory. After a thrilling competition against Brazil's Ronan Cordeiro and defending champion Martin Schulz of Germany, Hammer's years of perseverance paid off.

Having narrowly missed the podium in both Rio and Tokyo, Hammer's dedication was unwavering. "I never truly believed it could happen until recently," he admitted. "Training at high altitude in Park City was a game-changer. My coach's belief in the strategy and my resilience were key."

Hammer's fourth-place finishes in previous games fueled his determination. "Those near-misses were painful but ultimately motivating," he explained. "They've been a part of my journey, and I now look back on them with gratitude."

Podium Racing is proud to have Chris as part of our team. His inspiring story and expertise continue to motivate our coaches, staff, and athletes.
